FAQ

What's included in my ticket?

Every ticket includes general admission to the event, a free commemorative acrylic stein (yours to take home), access to live music and entertainment all day, and one automatic entry into the Germany Getaway Giveaway. Food and drinks are available for purchase on the day.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — your mobile ticket is perfectly fine. Just have it ready to scan on your phone at the gate. We recommend screenshotting it just in case your signal drops.

Is this an 18+ event?

Yes — Oktoberfest Field Daze is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID will be required for entry. Accepted forms of ID include a driver's licence, passport, or proof-of-age card.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

We strongly recommend buying in advance — tickets are limited and are likely to sell out.

What are the ticket price tiers?

Tickets are released in three waves — Early Bird ($42, sold out), General Release ($49), and Final Release ($56). Once a tier sells out, it's gone for good — grab your main release ticket before they're gone too.

When and where is it?

Oktoberfest Field Daze is on Saturday 3 October 2026, 2PM–9PM at The Goods Shed, 3 Victoria Street, Toowoomba City QLD 4350.

What's the dress code?

There's no strict dress code, but we absolutely encourage you to dress up! Traditional Bavarian attire — dirndls, lederhosen, feathered hats — is very much welcomed and celebrated. The more effort, the better the vibes.

What entertainment is there?

We've got live music, oompah bands, German dancing, and plenty of games to keep the energy going from 2PM right through to 9PM. Expect sing-alongs, stein-holding competitions, and the kind of chaos only Oktoberfest can produce.

Can I come and go (re-entry)?

Re-entry is permitted on the day — just make sure you keep your wristband on and have your ticket or proof of purchase handy when you return.

Is food and drink included in my ticket?

Food and drinks are available for purchase on the day — they're not included in the ticket price (except your commemorative acrylic stein!). We'll have a great spread of German classics including bratwurst, schnitzels, pretzels, and more festival favourites.

What drinks will be available?

Plenty! We've got German beers, local craft brews, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic options — so there's something for everyone. The taps don't stop flowing — from first pour to last stein.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside food or alcohol is permitted at the event. We've put together a great range on-site, so you'll be well looked after.

How do I enter the Germany Getaway Giveaway?

Every valid ticket purchased automatically gives you one entry into the draw — no extra steps required. You can also receive a bonus entry by following both @oktoberfesttoowoomba and @cliffordgardens_shoppingcentre on Instagram and registering via comment or DM. A free postal entry method is also available — see the full T&Cs for details.

What's the prize?

Two return economy flights from Brisbane to Berlin, plus five nights' accommodation in Germany — valued at up to AUD $6,000. The winner is drawn live at the event on 3 October 2026.

When is the winner announced?

The draw takes place live at the event on 3 October 2026. The winner will be notified within five business days. Full details in the T&Cs.

The Goods Shed is located at 3 Victoria Street, Toowoomba City QLD 4350. It's a short drive or rideshare from the Toowoomba CBD — we'd encourage you to sort a lift home before the event so you can enjoy the evening stress-free.
